Marketing


  • I organize professional photography including drone shots
  • I measure and produce a marketing floor plan and site plan with dimensions for your property
  • I arrange for a FOR SALE or FOR AUCTION sign to be installed at the front of your property
  • I write attention getting advertising copy
  • I create marketing collateral including full colour sales brochures, office window signs and letterbox cards
  • I launch your property online using multiple digital platforms including realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, homely.com.au and Allhomes.com.au.
  • I advertise your property on social media including facebook and Instagram.
  • I conduct multiple inspections either by open homes or private inspections
  • I follow up all buyers and provide post inspection feedback and regular campaign reports in writing
  • I meet regularly with you to discuss the rollout of your campaign.

Completing The Sale


  • I deal with solicitors, buyers and buyers agents on your behalf
  • I provide access for bank valuations and pest and building inspections
  • I continue to market your property until contracts are exchanged unconditionally
  • I coordinate buyer follow up inspections, any contract variations and determine agreed settlement dates
  • I organise a final inspection for your buyer
  • I coordinate the collection and delivery of keys and other property documentation such as service manuals and warranties if available
  • I account for and reconcile the deposit balance into your nominated bank account
  • I confirm settlement, your payment and hand over the keys.
